Whenever Vista Travel Inc. / American Express requires customers to enter profile information (including credit card information), those transactions take place on a secure, SSL encrypted server. Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator users can check the status bar on the bottom portion of the browser for a "locked" icon to verify when secure transaction technology is being used. This "locked" icon indicates that information sent between your computer and ours is encrypted and protected from prying eyes.
